This week Android Developer News you shouldn't miss

As you know that its is hard to find the news for developer .So this Series Contains the Weekly news for android Dev

Lets Start with tools to look out for this week

Android Studio 0.4.0 Released

Android Studio has just  released its newely version android Studio 0.4.0 ..Some of the highlights in the new release include support for the new Android Gradle plugin 0.7.0, Eclipse ADT project import, and an image asset import wizard.

Installation
If you are already running Android Studio, just restart it, or manually check for updates via Help > Check for Update... (on OSX, look in the Android Studio menu).  This will download and install a small patch rather than download a full IDE image.
If you need to download a full install, visit the Android Studio Canary Build 0.4.0 page. Note that if you are currently running 0.2.10 or 0.2.11, on Mac OSX, you will not be able to patch update to 0.3.4; you will need to install a fresh build due to a bug in the patch updater in those versions.

Problems?
If you run into problems, be sure to check the Known Issues page which they update as necessary.

Suggestion of tools,Libraries,Codes to look out :
Waza_be(plus.google.com)

The app will use your default Screenshot folder, let you select one/some/all the screenshots and launch a batch operation to clean everything and move to a "Cleaned" folder, leaving your original screens untouched.

The only settings are 2 checkbox (Status and Navigation Bar) and a SeekBar (The width of the notification area to clean, maybe I will guess this value by code in a future release).

MediaChooser
Media choose is a library to browse & select videos and images from disk.

GridWichterie For Android

Grids are awesome. They help developers to keep a standard in their designs. This plugin lays a grid above your app so that you can verify if your app is pixel perfect.

How you should align views

Why to use,How to Use ,Customaization all are posted in project

Available on Google Play

DynamicShareActionProvider

Here's a custom implementation of the ShareActionProvider by Google -- Sharing is done dynamically now! This means that your app specifies the type of the shared data first and generates the data when an app is chosen for sharing. No more need to define what to share when the Activity is created.
Tutorial can be found on XDA.

Other  news.
Google removes App Ops data privacy feature from Android 4.4.2

Android 4.3 Jelly Bean brought the first significant privacy tool to manage data permissions, allowing users to toggle what apps could access their data and how much of it could be read or tracked.

Then, in Android KitKat 4.4.2, they took it away.

The App Ops privacy feature, a hidden UI that could be exposed and controlled through third-party launcher apps, let users selectively disable app permissions such as reading the user’s address book, tracking his or her location, or sending messages and notifications.
